Our deliveries are made between midnight and 6am, to your doorstep or other safe place which you allocate in the 'delivery instructions' box on the registration page.
If you live in an apartment or building which doesn't have 24 hour access, or if your premises has a locked security gate, please contact us to discuss optional methods for delivery.
If we are unable to deliver due to being unable to access the premises which you have allocated for delivery, your delivery will be returned to base and we will be unable to reschedule another delivery for that day or offer a refund.
If unsure about the safety of a delivery to your premises through the night, please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery method. Theft cannot be replaced same day, or refunded.
